TERMS OF SERVICE — MAISON NOCTAURA

Welcome to Maison Noctaura ("Maison Noctaura", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of maisonnoctaura.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. WHO WE ARE
Maison Noctaura is operated by Maison Noctaura LLC. You can reach us at hello@maisonnoctaura.com.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
We sell demi-fine jewelry made of two materials, named plainly: - Solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver — not plated, not gold-filled, and never gold or vermeil), and - Lab-created moissanite (a real, brilliant lab-grown gemstone — it is not a diamond, and we never sell or describe it as one). We describe every material honestly. Product images are representations; slight natural variation between pieces is normal.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any shipping fee, duties, or taxes shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel and refund an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. A confirmation email acknowledges your order; a contract forms when we dispatch it.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & GUARANTEE
Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $150 USD and a flat $8.99 USD below that, tracked either way. Orders are covered by our 7-Day Arrival Guarantee. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes (such as a welcome offer) are subject to their stated conditions — for example, one use per new customer and no cash value. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including the Maison Noctaura name, designs, text, and imagery — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Noctaura is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
