We stand behind the making
A conservative, honest promise — and an equally honest account of what it does not cover. We’d rather tell you the edges than surprise you at them.
Maison Noctaura opened in 2026. This is our intended promise, published in good faith and confirmed with our fulfilment partner before we take a single order. We won’t make a guarantee we can’t yet keep.
If it’s our fault, we make it right
We stand behind the making. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault — a failed clasp, a setting that lets go, a plating flaw present on arrival — we’ll make it right.
The honest exclusions
Normal wear, tarnish, scratches, the slow softening of vermeil, and stones lost to impact are the life of the metal, not a fault — and aren’t covered. This is true of all demi-fine jewelry, and we’d rather say it plainly than bury it.
- Everyday scratches, dents and the patina of wear.
- Sterling tarnish — normal, and it polishes back.
- The gradual softening of gold vermeil over years of wear.
- Stones knocked loose or lost to impact.
- Damage from the never-use list, water, or missed care.
See Care & longevity for how to keep a piece lit — including our intended vermeil replating.
The care guide is how most “faults” are simply prevented.
