We would rather be checked than believed
Every claim this house makes is written down here, with the company behind it named and its terms set out in full — so that none of it has to be taken on trust. The materials, the maker, the windows and the guarantee: stated plainly, and open to be checked.
A name, a number, and a person
A shop that will not say who it is has made that choice on purpose. Maison Noctaura is the trading name; the business behind it is Maison Noctaura LLC, and the person responsible for everything published here is named rather than implied.
The registration number and the full registered postal details are set out on our legal notice — a page you can open in another tab and read without us in the room. That is the point of it.

Made to order, and dispatched direct
Every piece is made to order and dispatched directly by our production partner, some of them from overseas. Every order travels tracked, with import duties and taxes already settled, so nothing is asked of you on delivery.
We put that here, above the checkout rather than after it, deliberately. Being told where a piece comes from before you pay is information. Finding it out afterwards is what makes a person feel taken — and that is a choice a shop makes, not an accident.

Windows are counted from the moment you order and already include the 1–3 days of preparation — they are not added on top. They are estimates in business days, not guarantees. The full detail is on our shipping page.
What every piece is, in writing
Every material claim this house makes, set against what it is: the specification, not the adjectives.
| The claim | Status |
|---|---|
| Solid 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure, all the way through | Verified |
| Never plated over brass, never filled, never gold or vermeil | Verified |
| A platinum finish over a solid 925 body | Verified |
| Nickel-free and lead-free — our production partner states this; they hold no test report and neither do we, so we will not call it proven | Stated, untested |
| Whether a thin copper undercoat sits between the platinum and the silver — a common jeweller’s step before a white finish. Nickel is ruled out; copper we have not been told either way, and we would rather say so | Not established |
| Every stone is lab-created moissanite — its own gemstone, never sold as a diamond | Verified |
| Moissanite is silicon carbide, Mohs 9.25 | Verified |
| A piece that arrives damaged, defective or wrong is put right at our cost | Verified |
The full material specification, including the measured dimensions of every piece, is on the materials page.
Arrives wrong, we make it right
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered — a failed clasp, a setting that lets go, a stone loose or missing on arrival — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement — or a full refund if we cannot replace it. There’s nothing for you to pay.

The honest exclusions
There are no change-of-mind returns — not for a piece you simply decided against, not for a size or style chosen in error, and not for an address entered wrongly at checkout. A piece cannot be resold once it has shipped. That is a firmer line than some shops take, and it is the reason we would rather answer your question before you order than after: write to us and we will help you choose.
There is also no long-term or lifetime warranty. After those first seven days, normal wear, tarnish, scratches and stones lost to impact are the life of the metal, not a fault — and aren’t covered. This is true of all demi-fine jewelry, and we’d rather say it plainly than bury it.
- Everyday scratches, dents and the patina of wear.
- Sterling tarnish — normal, and it polishes back.
- Silver that has been bent, stretched or resized out of shape.
An adjustable band opened or closed to fit is doing what it was made to do — that is not what this means. This covers silver forced beyond the shape it was built for. - Stones knocked loose or lost to impact.
- Damage from the never-use list, water, or missed care.
Your statutory rights are untouched: where the law where you live grants a cancellation right, it applies. The full wording is in our refund policy, and the claim procedure is on Returns.
Don’t take this page’s word for it
Every claim above is stated somewhere it can be held against us. Here is where each one lives.
Still deciding whether to trust us at all? We ran the “is this shop a scam?” checklist on ourselves — including the two we fail.
