Materials

What your piece is made of

The house works in two materials, and only two: solid 925 sterling silver and lab-created moissanite. Everything below is the full specification.

01

925 sterling silver

92.5% pure silver, alloyed for strength — which is all the word sterling is legally allowed to mean. Solid the whole way through, never a plating over something cheaper — just a bright platinum finish over solid silver. It tarnishes and polishes back: the honest life of a real metal. A soft cloth and a dry drawer keep it bright; a little patina is the silver living, not a fault.

Lab-created moissanite

Silicon carbide, grown in a lab: a gemstone in its own right, with more fire than a diamond and a fraction of the cost. It is moissanite, not diamond, and it is named as moissanite everywhere it appears. Moissanite is graded to the maker’s standard rather than independently certified. Every one of these numbers is set beside a mined diamond’s in our guide, moissanite vs diamond: every number compared.

And nothing else

The house works in two materials. No gold vermeil, no gold-fill, no plated brass, no mystery alloy. A short list is a deliberate one: every metal the house works in is named on this page before it reaches a piece.

Between costume and fine

Demi-fine sits between costume and fine jewelry: real precious materials — solid 925 silver, lab-created stones — at a price built for wearing, not for a safe. The value is in silver you actually put on, not in carats locked away.

Prices are tethered to real material value. Single pieces run $99–$395; multi-piece suites run $425–$1,036.
