Return an unworn piece in its packaging within 30 days of delivery. Engraved pieces are final sale — and we tell you that before you personalise one.
The return window and spirit below are firm. The return address and who pays return shipping are being confirmed with our supplier before launch, and will be stated plainly here and in your confirmation email the day we open.
30 days, unworn, in its packaging
30 days from delivery, unworn, in its original packaging and card. Refunds return to your original payment method once the piece is received and checked. We inspect for wear rather than assume it — a piece that was truly only tried on comes straight back to you as a refund.

Because an engraving is made only for you, personalised pieces can’t be returned or exchanged. We show this plainly on the product before you confirm the engraving — never in the fine print after.
Getting the size right the first time is the surest way to keep it.
