SHIPPING POLICY — MAISON NOCTAURA
Every order ships worldwide with tracking. Shipping is free on any order over $150 USD; below that it is a flat $8.99 USD. The same two rates apply anywhere we deliver, and the $150 threshold is measured on your cart total after any discount — so two smaller pieces can cross it together, and a cart just over $150 can slip back under it once a code is applied.
PROCESSING
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. That preparation sits INSIDE the delivery windows below — it is not added to them. This is our usual timeframe, not a guarantee; occasionally a piece takes a little longer, and if it does, we will let you know.
DELIVERY
Counted from when you place the order, and INCLUSIVE of the 1–3 days of preparation above — not added to it. - United States: 5–8 business days - United Kingdom: 5–8 business days - Canada: 7–10 business days - Europe: 4–10 business days - Australia: 5–10 business days - Rest of world: 7–14 business days These windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and they count business days, so they exclude weekends and public holidays.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders ship DDP — delivered duty paid. Import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of the shipment, so you should not be asked for anything on delivery. If a carrier ever does present a charge, write to us at hello@maisonnoctaura.com before paying it and we will look into it with the carrier.
ADDRESSES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your tracking has not updated in a reasonable time, or a parcel appears lost in transit, write to us at hello@maisonnoctaura.com and we will help resolve it.
