Is shipping free?

Not on every order: shipping is a flat $8.99, and free on any order over $150. The $150 is measured on your cart total after any discount, so two smaller pieces can cross it together. International orders ship duties paid. Details: our shipping policy.

Is it real silver, and what is moissanite?

Most pieces here are 925 sterling silver, 92.5% pure, with any plating named on the page. Gold plating on sterling is not solid gold. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with the look of a diamond, but it is not one. A few pieces are plated eco-brass, our production partner's name for its brass alloy (no environmental claim). Eco-brass is not silver and not gold, and those pages say Eco-Brass. The detail is on our Materials page.

Where is it shipped from, and can she return it?

Every piece is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, not from a shop or warehouse of ours, and some travel from overseas. US delivery is 5–8 business days from the day you order, with the 1–3 days of preparation included, tracked and duties paid. Those are estimates, not guarantees. We do not take change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@maisonnoctaura.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we send a free replacement, or a refund if we cannot replace it. Is NOCTAURA a real company?

Yes. NOCTAURA trades as Maison Noctaura and is operated by Maison Noctaura LLC. Our legal notice gives its registration number, a postal address in Grove City, Ohio (mail only; pieces ship from our fulfilment partner), a phone number and the person responsible, Lee Kung. We do not show reviews we have not received.
